In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children and families to implement effective behavioral interventions and support their growth. Be a part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide training and support to parents on behavior management techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- NO DEGREE NEEDED! WILLING TO TRAIN!
- HOURLY PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
- RBT CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- WE WILL PAY FOR RBT CERTIFICATION
- RETHINK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client success.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is essential.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
